All classes no matter the length of time, are detailed to what you need. Email your request and what you would like to address.
The best thing for your body at the start is to have two private sessions per week. As strength is gained and you are able to add to your workouts on your own, then one session per week is enough. You may do private or semi-private classes for maintenance. There are two choices:
May choose either a 40 minute session or 60 minute session.
May choose either a 40 minute session or 60 minute session.
Can choose either a 90 minute workshop or 2 hour workshop with your particular area(s) of focus.
Can choose area(s) of focus you wish to address.
$25 per person or $250 for 90 minutes. Maximum number of people is 10. Minimum is 4 people.
Can choose area(s) of focus. $30 per person or $300 for 2 hours. Maximum number of people is 10.
